1. Sizing Kit

The best way to ensure a perfect fit is by using a sizing kit. Our sizing kits include every nail size in the shape and length you’ve chosen, allowing you to try on different sizes and find the one that fits each of your natural nails best.

Here’s how to use your sizing kit:

  1. Prepare your nails: Before trying on the sizes, make sure your nails are free from any enhancements or polish. This helps ensure an accurate fit.

  2. Try on the tips: Select a nail tip from the kit and place it on your natural nail. The nail should cover the entire nail bed, from sidewall to sidewall.

  3. Find the right fit:

    • The nail should fit comfortably—not too tight. If it feels tight, size up.

    • The nail should not overlap onto the surrounding skin. If it does, that size is too big.

  4. If you're in between sizes: It’s best to size up. If you’re unsure, please make a note in the order comments, and I will be happy to further customize the fit for you!

  5.  Pro tip: Write down your sizes so that you don't forget when ordering!

Once you’ve selected the perfect size for each nail, you’re all set to place your order. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!

2. Measuring Tape

If you don't have a sizing kit, you can use a flexible measuring tape to measure your nails. Be sure to use a flexible tape, as the rigid construction tapes are not suitable for this method.

Here’s how to measure each nail:

  1. Prepare your finger: Place the measuring tape horizontally across your nail. You can also wrap it around your finger, but don’t pull it too tight—just enough to get an accurate measurement of the nail width.

  2. Measure from sidewall to sidewall: Measure the width of your natural nail (in millimeters) from one sidewall to the other. Do not include the skin—only measure the nail itself.

  3. Record your measurements: Write down the measurement for each nail as you go. I recommend measuring all 10 nails as sizes can vary from hand to hand.

  4. Include your measurements: Once you have all your measurements, please include them in the notes section of your order.

While this method is not as precise as using a sizing kit, it’s still a great way to find your size, and many customers use it successfully with no issues. If you have any questions or need help, feel free to reach out—I'm happy to guide you through the process!

3. Clear Tape

The clear tape method is another way to measure your nails. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Prepare your nail: Place a piece of clear tape across your nail.

  2. Mark your nail: Use a marker or pen to draw a vertical line on the tape at the edges of your nail, where each sidewall ends.

  3. Measure the tape: Remove the tape from your nail and use a measuring tape (in millimeters) to measure the distance between the two lines you marked.

  4. Record your measurements: Write down the measurements for each nail.

Once you have all your measurements, include them in the notes section of your order. If you have any questions or need help, feel free to reach out—I’m here to assist you!
